Welcome to Tone Haus
Creating Tone Haus –
The dream to build a space that offered both movement and wellness was always there, but it wasn’t until I was at my absolute most broken that the true vision for this studio became clear. During a personal retreat in Bali, while lounging in the sun, a friend messaged me and said, "You should create your own wellness facility." In that moment, my mind flashed back to years before when I first had this dream.
The studio I envisioned 10 years ago would be very different from what I’m creating now. I’ve overtrained, undernourished, survived on minimal sleep, pushed myself through work, and thought I was “killing it” – only to break down physically and emotionally. I’m still feeling the effects of that.
Tone Haus is about balance. It’s about listening to your body, understanding what it needs, respecting it, and most importantly, loving it. It's about moving each day—not out of punishment, but with mindfulness. It’s about nourishing your body without restriction and allowing yourself the joy of soul foods in moderation. It’s about understanding that emotional wellness requires work, especially in the fast-paced world we live in.
My biggest lesson? My body thrives when I pull back, rest, and allow recovery to take shape—whether that’s in nature, submerged in water, or curled up on the couch. Tone Haus is my commitment to creating a space that nurtures balance, healing, and wellness for every individual.
With 20 years of experience in the wellness industry as a personal trainer, nutritionist, yoga teacher, and therapist, my purpose has always been clear: to be the best supportive, loving parent I can be to my two children while also helping others. Tone Haus is the studio I’ve always wanted, the one I was looking for. I’ve learned over time that my lifestyle choices were too extreme, and while I’m still a huge advocate for high-intensity training (and practice it multiple times a week), I’ve also embraced a “less is more” approach. I complement my XFIT with LIIT, yoga, and outdoor sports like running, hiking, mountain biking, and paddling—anything that gets me in nature.
As a wellness coach, when you come to me with a goal, my answer will always be, “How can I help?” My job is to support, guide, and empower you as you work toward your goals with balance, mindfulness, and true self-care.
I cannot wait to welcome you into the Haus!
